Laulima
In Hawaiian Studies, Makua Kim is teaching the different Hawaiian values. One of them is Laulima, which means cooperation or many hands working together. Students had to work together in groups to see who could build the tallest structure using dried spaghetti noodles and marshmallows. It wasn't so easy and got a little sticky! Many groups worked well together.
